Cara Kelly has been hired as account coordinator for the company’s eCommerce division.
Kelly brings more than 15 years’ experience in the outdoor industry, helping brands break through outdated digital marketing strategies. Kelly is also a decorated archer.
“Cara will be focused on growing brand recognition and implementing innovative eCommerce initiatives for KBM’s sporting goods and outdoor portfolio,” shared Glen Reich, director of eCommerce. “Her extensive background in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, management, and her industry status made her the perfect fit for this role. Kelly is an avid outdoors, hunting, and archery enthusiast, so finding a role where she could work closely with the brands she already knew and loved was her goal. Kelly has been in professional archery for 18 years in the women’s professional division, has won over 35 national titles and numerous ASA Classic & World Championship victories, and has won the coveted ASA “Shooter of the Year” title seven times—the most of any women’s professional 3D archer.
“I was intrigued with KBM from the first time I noticed them at the Archery Trade Association annual trade show,” shares Kelly. “The brands they represented in their booth had a unique and innovative twist on the marketing materials that were displayed—they (KBM) had a little something extra that pulled you in and something that I wanted to be a part of.”
