Monroe’s award winning pocket park downtown is the recipient of a beautification project, courtesy of Great Estates, the landscaping division of Kelly Products.
In a press release, the company announced that the landscape labor and plants will be provided at no cost to the city. The plans were approved by the Downtown Development Authority in 2015, and the company will begin installation next week. Great Estates also will provide ongoing maintenance of the space at no charge to the city.
