Kelly Products Expands Human Resources Division, Promotes Tracy Vaughan to Vice President

Kelly Products (KPI), a leading provider of essential products and business services for the agribusiness and regulated industry, announced today that Tracy Vaughan has been promoted to vice president of Human Resources.

Vaughan started at Kelly Products in March 2014, as Human Resources manager, and has most recently served as Human Resources director.

“Tracy has consistently performed with excellence and is most deserving of this promotion,” said Keith Kelly, CEO. “We didn’t have a formal Human Resources Department before Tracy. She has worked tirelessly as our company has grown over the past eight years, to build a robust strategy. We operate like a business much larger than our size, and this professionalism is very much due to Tracy’s efforts.”

Vaughan oversees all Human Resources division activities from hiring, benefits, insurance, payroll, training, employee events and more.

To meet current growth needs, Kelly has promoted Connie Cottrell to manager, Human Resources/Executive Assistant. In this hybrid role, Connie will support the Human Resources division as well as members of the executive leadership team. Connie has been with Kelly Products since 2016.
